The service is intended for all the management boards in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are looking to transform their businesses – whether it is a long-term vision or a necessity – in order to hasten development, or have an interest in regaining control over the process of creating value, working around the clock on it.
In most cases, we refer to companies that find themselves in economic and financial difficulties, exposed to a significant competitive disadvantage – yet maintaining good market and business fundamentals – that need to adopt a rigorous programme to restructure and re-launch.

How we work

In this field, we operate by using one of our specific models of intervention based on the following: the leader’s preparation and abilities; specific actions to ensure both the stabilisation and a short-term recovery; specific actions to obtain results in the medium and long term; targeted actions to make a change in the ownership structure and that of business. In addition, we act as an advisor and a guide for the client company directly dealing with the consultants involved throughout the project – usually lasting several years.
