We use one of our proprietary models, presented to the Client Company during the first kick-off meetings of the project, we support entrepreneurial families in the setting-up of an advanced management system capable of providing guidance to families in making the main basic choices. Our model aims also to strengthen a positive coexistence and to lay the foundations for enhancing internal capabilities; the latter are aimed at fostering the growth of future generations, achieving great results when it comes time to make a change in the leadership.
