When we began our partnership, Sirci was a small, disorganized industrial company, far from the optimal size needed to compete in a mature sector like ours.
Thanks to Davide and his team, we first clarified the company’s medium-term strategy and developed a Strategic and Organizational Plan that is highly ambitious and represents a significant break from the past.
The implementation phase then involved carrying out several extraordinary acquisitions and mergers with other companies in the sector that offered product-market combinations complementary to our own.
At the same time, we have been working on strengthening our internal structure and organizational development, which are necessary to support our significant growth.
In this way, within just a few years, we were able to launch GDS, which was formed through the merger of three long-standing brands: Sirci, Gresintex, and Dalmine Resine.
The new company quickly established itself as one of the industry’s leading players, gaining market share and a competitive position that would have been impossible to achieve through standalone growth.
