I first met Davide Mondaini at a conference organized by my association, Confindustria Piacenza, where Davide was a speaker at a workshop titled: ‘How much is my company worth?’”

After the workshop, I reached out to Mondaini Partners to discuss their involvement in the growth of my business. Right from the start, I realized we were “on the same page,” and so we began a fruitful collaboration.

Together with Davide, we explored avenues for business growth and strengthened our marketing system at both the strategic and operational levels. This collaboration yielded several tangible benefits: it enabled us to innovate our market offering, allowing us to further differentiate ourselves from our competitors; it allowed us to design and produce new marketing materials; and it enabled us to develop new campaigns.

The benefits I have achieved have led me to request an extension of my contract with Mondaini Partners. In light of new growth opportunities for my company, the scope of the contract has been expanded to include not only marketing and sales support but also the development of a comprehensive strategic plan and assistance in identifying growth partners.
