Who is this service intended for?

The service is primarily aimed at “single-generation” or “multi-generation” families who wish to prepare and subsequently transfer their business or parts of it. This can be achieved either through the transfer of the business or by opening up the capital structure to allow new investor-partners to join. Typically, these are entrepreneurial families who have decided to exit the business while maximizing the value of their tangible and intangible business assets, or entrepreneurial families who need to bring in new partners and new expertise to pursue further growth.

How we operate

In these situations, we act as advisors overseeing special transactions. Specifically, we take charge and assume responsibility, on behalf of the client company, for managing relationships with investor-partners, as well as for coordinating the work of all professionals involved in the transaction: lawyers, accountants, and all other consultants. We coordinate due diligence activities and the drafting of purchase agreements through to closing.
